Zephyr Films is an independent London based Production Company which specializes in the financing and production of films for the international marketplace. In the last decade we have produced, executive produced and co-produced over twenty films with combined budgets of over $250,000,000. Our recent releases include Hannibal Rising, The Last Legion, Penelope and Death Defying Acts, with The Last Station due for release later this year. We started principal photography on Black Death this spring, and recently helped finance Gurinder Chadha's It's a Wonderful Afterlife.

Chris Curling is a member of the European Producers Club, ACE and the European Film Academy. He also serves on PACT’s film committee and BSAC’s co-production working group.He became the President of the European Producers Club in May 2011.

A graduate in Economics (pre-phd), marketing at ESSEC, France, and at Università di Bocconi, Italy, Alexandra Lebret has dedicated her career to the cinema industry.

After working for 7 years on the international development of UGC multiplexes in France, Spain, and Italy, Alexandra cofounded the Parisian cultural weekly Zurban, and cofounded Liberafilms.com, one of the first VOD sites in France (in 2000). In 2002, she was named Secretary-General of the European Producers Club and assumed responsibility for all of the EPC's activities. She has brought renewed momentum to the association by developing international coproduction assistance and exploring new foreign markets. This has resulted in the creation of coproduction forums (42 to date), cooperation forums (outside Europe; 13 to date), conferences open to the public and the brand new European Cinema Network on the Internet.
