In 2008, the EPC launched the European Cinema Network (ECN), an Internet based network dedicated to all film professionals.

The ECN community is closely monitored by the EPC to ensure that only serious and renowned professionals of all sorts (producers, distributors, sales agent) are found on the platform. The ECN is based on a collaborative and participative approach from its users, and provides a multitude of web services including:

- Creation of a company profile,

- Project Management applications,

- Posting needs and requests,

- Search engine enabling for projects,

- Upload of promotional material and project pitching,

The ECN is also moving beyond the Internet and regularly organises ECN dinners, and/or lunches, throughout the year. ECN members also have access to EPC experts and resources, and can submit their project to EPC’s Co-production Forums for free.

Membership to the ECN costs 500 euro per year, and applicants must be co-opted by two different EPC board members.
