2425 Films was founded in 2009 by Thibault Gast and Matthias Weber.
2425 Films started in production with short films before focusing on fiction films. Since its creation, the company has been keen to renew itself by meeting new talents, adhering to their universes and following their narrative desires.
To date, 24 25 Films has produced 14 feature films, 2 one-offs and 2 television series. In July 2023, the company joined forces with the Mediawan group.
