Beautiful, wild and magnetic like the uncontaminated nature of her Sardinia, ANNA (30) lives to the rhythm of the earth's breathing, a land that heals her wounds and nourishes her soul. The difficult experiences she has been through have marked her, but not broken her, and today Anna is a free woman who no longer wants to be afraid. In the remote corner of the island where she runs the small farm that belonged to her father, time seems to have stopped and Anna's presence with her erotic energy and her courageous rejection of conventions has the power of a mine ready to explode. That harsh land protects her, until the day she will have to protect it from the mechanical monsters that want to ruin it. Saving beauty and preserving her freedom merge in Anna's battle, imposing difficult choices and painful sacrifices. Because nothing can buy self-respect and respect for one's beliefs.

The film has been presented in “Venice Film Festival (Giornate degli Autori)” in 2023, where it won the FEDIC Award. ANNA also won the Audience Award at the Montpellier Film Festival, the Audience and Critics' Awards at the Porretta Terme Film Festival, and was in competition at the Rio, New York, Villerupt, and Phoenix Film Festivals.

A sleeping paradise awoken by a young prince. The history of the Costa Smeralda, today known for the noisy holidays of VIPs, is much more important. A unique architectural experiment in the world in which total respect for nature and the landscape are central themes . For me, the Costa Smeralda was much more: my father was the engineer who built it and we were the family that followed him on that crazy adventure. Carefree years in a place that, at the time, was out of this world and from which my mother, at one point, wanted to escape. A 'fake' place, which perhaps, after 60 years, is more real and concrete than we ever imagined. It's the story of this journey, both personal and historical.
