Founded by Giorgio Scorza and Davide Rosio, Movimenti Production is an Italian independent production and animation studio with more than 15 years of experience in the production and creation of original content for kids & family and young-adult entertainment.
With its studios in Milan, Florence and Rome Movimenti has made over 40 international productions amongst TV series, music videos, live-shows and multi-platform projects promoting creativity and talent Made in Italy at a European and international level, developing and producing some of the most relevant titles in the animation field, such as “Topo Gigio” (RAI RAGAZZI) and “Tear along the dotted line” (NETFLIX), the first animation series created by Italy’s most popular graphic novelist, Zerocalcare.
Movimenti believes in a fresh and dynamic approach to new communication languages of animation and hybrid techniques and our constant goal is to create innovative and original content with an international appeal. Thanks to our experienced creative team and our profound technical knowledge, we manage all steps of production, from scriptwriting and concept art to pre-production and animation.

In a narrative full of flashbacks and anecdotes ranging from his childhood to the present day, ZEROCALCARE tells the story of a train journey with Sarah and Secco, his old friends, towards something very difficult to do. Everything, from the anecdotes about the school years to the existential complaints towards his own incompleteness, is told with the voice of Zerocalcare, who dubbed all the characters, except the armadillo, who is voiced by Valerio Mastandrea. It’s with this stratagem that each chapter of the story seems to build a piece of a world made up of very few certainties and unshakeable friendships. And when all the pieces are in place in the finale, the mosaic they have built will be a surprise for the viewer, but also for the protagonist.
