The Family was founded in 2002 and rapidly became one of the major institutions of the Italian advertising industry. In 2018 the Milan-based company expanded its activities to include entertainment and cinema and now produces, along with commercials, feature films, tv-series, short-films and documentaries for the national and international markets, many of which have been recognised with various prestigious awards. The company is also a full-scale service provider for external productions and has recently acted as production service-provider on Peter Greenaway’s latest film, starring Dustin Hoffman, Helen Hunt and Sofia Boutella.
